Ok maybe you won't find him here like everyday but it really is Zac Efron's house. It has a large gate around it so you really can't get in. This place also sets around a large area of land, enough to have a small stable of 50 stalls for horses in the back. Not many live here yet but it is a work in progress, something that MTV Cribes wants to tape soon. That and they want to know what famous girls are hanging out at the new American Hearthrob's place.
