Lisa stepped into the hall and looked around. She saw everyone hurrying about, getting ready for the school day. A few guys came up to them, thinking they were being smart by saying "Buongiorno". Lisa looked up at one of them, smirking. "Wow, you learned how to say hello. Sure, that's impressive." The guys noticed the sarcastic tone of her voice and walked away. She laughed to herself. "Why is it that guys are such idiots?" Lisa's voice was soft, and hard an unmistakable Italian accent. She had grown up in Italy and had only just moved here with her family.
Looking at her watch she saw that she had just enough to time to fix her hair in the bathroom. As always, she had woken up late to find her twin sister Jess hogging the dressing table, causing her not to be able to fix her hair. Lisa entered the bathroom and saw the plastics fixing their make-up and she pulled a hairbrush from her bag. She quickly brushed her hair and pulled it back into a messy ponytail, her side fringe hanging down over one eye. She gave a once over of her outfit -- skinny black jeans, a rock t-shirt and a pair of converses. Her wrists were covered in bracelets and wristbands, three studded belts hung around her thin waist and her nails were covered in baby pink nail polish which was chipping off. Her eyes were ringed with black and soft pink lipstick covered her lips. Perfect.
Leaving, she walked over to her locker. People around her were staring as Jess walked up to her. So they were twins?! Big deal! Is was as though the school hadn't seen two people who were identical before.
Lisa sighed and pulled her books from her bag, dumping them in her locker as she slammed the door shut and growled under her breath. Jess noticed that she was in a bad mood and quickly left, knowing better than to be around her sister when she was in a bad mood.
She pulled her backpack back onto her back. It was grey and covered in badges and patches. Words were written on it in Italian using a black marker, obviously from her friends before she left.

Lisa was born with a beautiful Italian accent, and she loved it, until her and her family moved to America. Now, she just wants it gone but she knows it's impossible. She's shy around American people as the few she's met during the first 2 weeks of being in America have made fun of her for it.
History:
Lisa Marie Origliasso was born on 25th December 1990, 1 minute after her identical twin sister Jessica Louise Origliasso in Palermo, Italy. She grew up with her mom, dad, twin sister Jess and older brother Julian in Palermo, Italy. Lisa started showing an interest in singing when she was four and her mom signed both her and her sister up for vocal lessons at age six. When the girls turned ten, Lisa received an acoustic guitar. She taught herself how to play and started writing songs at age eleven which her and her sister sang together for relatives and small audiences at the school talent shows.
When the girls were 12, their parents started talking about moving to America. The move was put off several times, until their father got promoted and transferred to America. Lisa and Jess then had to learn a whole new way of life. They were suddenly dumped in a country without knowing the language, knowing any people or the general customs of American society.
They enrolled in a public school and soon settled in, finding it easier to cope then they thought. Lisa started to evolve her music, breaking away from her usual boundaries. The lyrics started to go from Italian to English, the riffs and melodies got more complex and a few new instruments were added to her list. She continued her vocal lessons and soon had a 4 octave note range.
The two girls stuck together right up until university. That was when they started to break apart. Jess wanted to go to a different university than Lisa. They still see each other, just not as often as they used too.
Personality:
Lisa has a very unusual personality, but she only reveals it to her close friends. Seeing as she's now been put in a university where she knows no one, it's heavily guarded. When the defenses are broken down though, the true side of Lisa Origliasso will come out.
She's empathetic to others, and if one of her friends is upset, she'll feel upset too. If they're happy, she's happy... simple really. When one of her friends is feeling upset though, she'll want to help. If one of her friends has been dumped by a boyfriend, she'll want to kick some butt.
Whenever someone is mean to her she'll just back down and hide. She's shy towards people she feels uncomfortable around. Now, this includes public speaking, however when she's up on stage singing she's fine. There's no explanation for it, except maybe it's because of her accent. She feels like she doesn't fit in because of it.
She's also shy about things that are important to her -- her lyrics. Only people she knows and trust can look at them. They're special to her and are generally about something that has happened in her life. It's kind of like her journal or diary but in song form. Lisa feels as though this is a 'secret that should be taken to the grave' with her and barely shows them to anyone.

Lisa looks exactly like her twin sister Jess, however there are a few subtle differences. The color of her hair for instance. While Jess dyed hers black, Lisa kept hers it's original shade of dark cocoa brown, adding some gold highlights. She had her hair layered and added a side fringe. It usually falls down around her face in a messy heap as Lisa usually wakes up too late to style it.
Her face is round, her skin a creamy white with no blemishes or marks anywhere. Her eyes are wide and a light shade of chocolate brown, normally outlined with black eyeliner and eyeshadow. Above these are two perfectly shaped eyebrows. Her nose is straight and again averaged sized. Under her nose are her lips. These are full and are usually painted a soft pink to match her skin tone.
Lisa is fairly short in height and stands at only 5'2 (one inch shorter than her sister). She's always been slim, yet not anorexic. It's all down to the healthy Italian diet she grew up on. Her clothes are a size 4 and her shoe size is a size 7. She's got slight curves in the right places and her skin tone is a healthy creamy white.
